Module 1: Develop Stronger Relationships at Work

Module 2: The Art of Communication

  • Develop a range of high impact communication techniques.
  • Learn how to structure conversations with neutral and affirmative language that encourages open and honest discussion.
  • Increase your confidence and assertiveness in handling challenging situations.
  • Build on your natural skills and talent to develop stronger and more effective relationships.

Module 3: Adapting and Connecting with Others

  • Identify your preferred preferences and how these influence your style.
  • Consider the range of preferences and apply how these impact your working world.
  • Explore the benefits and drawbacks of each preference.
  • Discover how to recognise preference indicators from people.
  • Learn how to adapt your own style to adapt and connect with others more effectively.

Module 4: Confidently Manage Conflict

  • Recognise the different viewpoints of conflict and how to recognise these at work.
  • Increase awareness of your own and other natural styles of conflict management.
  • Learn the five different styles of handling conflict and how to assess and respond depending on the situation.
  • Develop the core skills to negotiate with confidence and conviction.
  • Take an approach to conflict resolution that is unique to the individual and situation and uses flexibility and creativity to achieve positive solutions.
