Based in Bournemouth, Dorset, Chris’s career has been built around a love of seeing people grow and develop and he has over 15 years of experience in designing, delivering and evaluating learning. Using accelerated and blended learning techniques, Chris’s approach appeals to each learning style and ensures that everyone is included in the learning.  He has a natural and personable facilitation style that helps him to easily engage with people so that he can truly tailor their learning.  With a challenging and inquisitive nature, Chris helps participants to focus on actions they can take rather than focus on what they can’t change. Participants frequently leave Chris’s workshops using words such as ‘insightful’, ‘challenging’ and ‘engaging’, often referencing the pragmatic mix of theory with real-world application of how learning can be put into practice. Chris has focused much of his career in Financial Services although has also spent several years supporting other private sector organisations, as well as public sector and not-for-profits.

Chris works with stakeholders with a partnership approach and a consultative capacity, able to take the lead in identifying development needs to design and deliver bespoke and unique initiatives to target those needs.  This has involved implementing programmes at middle and senior management levels that focus on a wide range of topics including leadership, management, creativity & innovation, teambuilding, coaching & feedback, presentation skills, corporate away days and development centres.
